Coral Compass is an independent practice offering interim management and advisory support in sustainable finance and Corporate Social Responsibiilty, founded by Anouk in ’t Veld.
Anouk in ’t Veld is a sustainable finance professional with over a decade of experience at the intersection of regulation, impact and investment strategy. She has led complex implementation projects at Robeco, including the firm-wide rollout of SFDR, and advised a diverse range of clients at Steward Redqueen — from agricultural multinationals like CropLife to mission-driven banks including Rabobank and Triodos. Known for bridging technical depth with multidisciplinary collaboration, she brings both regulatory fluency and strategic perspective to the organisations she works with. Alongside her interim work, Anouk is deepening her knowledge in climate psychology and coaching — exploring what it takes for people and organisations to move from sustainability ambition to genuine change.
